Remodeling construction has been completed on Floors 1 & 2 and flooring is being set within the next couple weeks. Our team is still hard at work on the first stages of Floors 3 & 4, currently removing drywall to expose brick and revamp and restore the original ceilings. We have completed the sourcing of all of the reclaimed barnwood for flooring. All the wood is beautifully worn, with unique characteristics according to the original use. Our team will inspect each board prior to installation and will refinish in order to bring out the best in each piece. We are so proud to offer sustainable and environmentally friendly elements here at Parker Lofts!
